Your introductory message
When you use the contact form, the details you enter are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to screen out automated spam, then emailed to Brianna through Amazon Web Services’ email service. The website does not keep a copy. Brianna uses your details only to respond to your request, and they are not sold or shared with other agents for marketing.
Do not include Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information in an introductory message. Arrange how to share any necessary details directly with Brianna.
Website technology
This site does not include advertising trackers, analytics, or account registration. It is built for hosting on Cloudflare Pages. When hosted there, Cloudflare may process technical information, such as your IP address and request information, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for more information. Fonts and images are served with the site.
Links and downloads
Links to Medicare.gov and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. The introduction letter is a downloadable PDF. Telephone links open your device’s calling application; email links open your email application.
Accessibility
